My husband's car windows were smashed twice in the past three weeks. We moved to W'ford last June; we live on Woodlawn between 35th and 40th, a very quiet hood. We never expected stuff like that to happen here. Fortunately, we've had no house break-ins.

This almost happened to me a year ago in Wallingford - two guys tried to break down our door. Called 911 several times over the course of 30 minutes, but no cops. Thankfully the door didn't budge. The next day, the police officer was more concerned about damage to a neighbor's car. I'm very dissappointed in the north precinct.
