Ask him when the ruts and potholes will be repaired? Request reimbursement for the damage to vehicles? Please, AT LEAST TELL ME SOMEONE SPIT. It's one of our Wallingford traditions, after all, the spitting guy. We have potholes and Babalu and hobos who spit.
