I dont have kids so its not really a big issue for me but he was an odd guy and the other people around at the time thought so too........I do hope this doesnt come to anything and it was just him taking photos...hope those involved are ok and you are able to get some help re the photos. There might not have been much to be done if he was "only" taking pictures from the sidewalk or some public place, but if he was actually inappropriately touching children why didn't anyone call the freakin' police?
