		<description>Hopefully, the grinding won&#039;t last too long. We noticed that the road noise, inside the car, is less on the grooved areas that the pitted out concrete. I have heard at least one complaint from someone up around 54th and mentioned it to Tim Durkan, the Fremont Neighborhood Service Center director. Apparaently, WSDOT dropped off a HUGE box of ear plugs for him to distribute to residents who are having problems with the noise generated by the grinding. Who said those guys at WSDOT don&#039;t have a sense of humor . . .</description>

		<description>It sounds like the Goodyear Blimp is hovering  outside our bedroom window at night(which is on the second floor, facing the freeway). We turn on a fan to mask the noise...
But I-5 is a lot quieter to drive on. 
Still wondering if it is worth it, though.</description>
