		<description>The concern with HFCS besides associations with obesity is the source being a Genetically Modified Organism (GMO) which carries a whole list of political/health/environmental baggage. Don&#039;t know if Snoqualmie is using or can even find non-GMO or Organic corn syrup.</description>

		<description>At a meager 1% I guarantee you will not be able to tell the difference. The corn syrup actually plays a helpful role in preventing the formation of ice crystals due to the freeze/thaw/freeze that can happen to ice cream. So if you take a pint home and maybe it gets a little soft before you stick it back in the freezer... well, don&#039;t complain if you end up with some ice crystals in your ice cream :)</description>
