Actually the Zillow article said that the number one trick or treating city in the nation was Seattle, which makes Wallingford the number one trick or treating neighbourhood in the US and therefore THE WORLD

We take our 5 year old out in Wallingford every year and she always gets and enormous haul…

We live about Wallingford and 40th and usually get about 2 kids per year. It’s such a bummer. Bring it on! What a blast it would be to have loads of kids.

That said, we won’t be home this year. Gotta take the little muncher out.

We get tons of kids here in South Central, but that’s a direct reflection of how many live within a few blocks.

I’m in the middle, a block south fo 45th, and we got like 2 last year… I wasn’t even going to bother this year.

We’ve noticed that our trick-or-treaters ebb and flow in direct relation to the density and creativity of the decorations on our block.

We’re West Wally, and I think we got maybe four last year. Perhaps they all stay away from the fringes?

I think it’s hysterical that we’re the #1 neighborhood – we get maybe three trick-or-treaters every year, and they live two doors down. Maybe it’s because we’re in East Wally – more UW students than kids?

We’ll be trick or treating 45th and heading to the Boys and Girls Club ourselves, so I guess we’re part of the problem…
