They didn't even use water. ;-) As for wind, none o' that either. It seemed like a calm fall night in our side of the 'hood. The City Light outage page (http://www2.seattle.gov/light/outage2/) says that ~12000 customers in "the Fremont and Ballard" neighborhoods lost power. Cause "unknown." Was it windy last night?
