Great News!! I drove by this location todayand it's nearly ready to open, although I can't find a date when. But, the sign says Dim Sum everyday. Woo Hoo Wallingford !

Mr. Po Lee does a good job at the HOUSE OF HONG, but I'd be even more excited if it was "the original" Mr. Hong himself who would be running the new restaurant. This is still an important improvement though.

Awesome, indeed! On the other hand, I'm still kind of hoping for a Vietnamese restaurant somewhere in the 'hood. Not to dis Moon Temple, but it would be sweet to have a really good Chinese restaurant here? Maybe one that had dim sum?

Interesting! The applicant on the permit is Po Lee, who owns House of Hong. Wouldn't that be awesome to have something like that in Wallingford?
