We reported on Friday that neighborhood was about to adopt a colorful turtle on an intersection close to Hamilton. Well, here's an update, along with some photos of the nearly completed project: When I left my house at 7:30 a.m. on Saturday morning, I passed a small group of neighbors armed with brooms to prep the intersection of 41st and Interlake for its transformation.
