Everything is different when you’re pregnant, including how you exercise and what muscles you need to be strong. Olivia is currently working on her degree in Midwifery and is an experienced Pilates instructor. Join Olivia for a weekly workout that will keep you strong and comfortable through your pregnancy as well as work on building upper body strength for carrying your baby around once he or she arrives.
Pilates can be modified through your life and your pregnancy to adjust to what you need and what feels comfortable at each stage of your journey. Doing Pilates during your pregnancy can also get you prepared to bounce back even faster after.
