It sounds like a children's story doesn't it? Maybe someday it will be, the touching story of two designs, painted on intersections in a little neighborhood called Wallingford. The SeaFair parades have come and gone, somebody probably won the hydro races, and the last zombie has slunk away from the Fremont Outdoor Movies screen.  Bumbershoot is fast approaching.
