On Monday, July 11, you'll have a chance to attend an Early Design Guidance Meeting to discuss the site of a soon-to-be 4-story building at 4111 Stone Way N. The meeting will be held at 6:30 pm in the University Heights Center (5031 University Way NE, Room 209). The building will be developed by Lake Union Partners, and the the proposal is for a ground level commercial building, with 27 residential units above, and parking for 21 vehicles.
