Young neighbor raising money for friend with brain cancer

Savannah, a seven year-old Wallingford neighbor, is raising money for brain cancer research in honor of her friend, Torin, who has been battling brain cancer for the last two years. Savannah and her mom, Margie, will be taking part in a 3k walk during the Run of Hope Seattle 2011 at Seward Park, and she hopes to raise $1,000 in donations from friends, family, and neighbors.
