Kathy Abascal is offering a five-week program on the "TQI Diet - The Abascal Way" at the University House beginning Wednesday night, February 27. TQI stands for "to quiet inflammation", and Kathy, with a background in biochemistry, has developed a diet plan that calls for eliminating certain foods from the diet, thereby enabling the body to quiet inflammation, for health and weight loss.
