Does anyone know what the deal is with the giant wall of graffiti on the townhomes next to the former 50th Street Deli site? Talk about an eyesore! Isn’t this supposed to be cleaned off immediately?
There is a process: you have to know the exact adresses when you call the correct department of the City of Seattle and give them all info. Then they have to contact the owners and give them a deadline which I believe is 2 weeks. After the deadline the city has to inspect to see if the graffitti is removed and if not they ar efined. In this process if you post on Wallyhood and make any typing mistakes you may be assured that someone might make fun of you for reporting the graffitti or for spelling mistakes or both.
I got pretty sick of the spelling mistake troll/cranks and said so a few ways. I was sick of the graffitti and reported 5 different sites to the City. Whether it was my report or actions of the owners the graffitti is gone.
I hope you or another will read this and take appropriate action to get the eyesore removed. (if I made a typing mistake which you consider more of an eyesore than the graffiti of which you wrote.. SO BE IT. ( Yes, I still feel annoyance for the year+ of unnecessary meanness including making fun of my reporting graffiti.)
