Watering Reminder

Jordan Jordan July 10, 2009 Comments are off

Nancy Merrill has asked that, given the drought, we re-reminder you to water your trees. When the Lorax makes a request, with “tofu on top”, no less, who are we to refuse?

Will you pretty pretty please with tofu on top re-run the story about watering street trees? Our little planting strip forest is suffering . . . these be dry, sunny, warm and sky water-free weeks of late. Virtually impossible to over water, fun for the whole family. See if other trees besides yourn are suffering and guerilla water them if necessary, thanks and tree cheers

Perhaps if somene had guerilla-watered our poor, parched peach tree before it was past the point of no return, we would have peaches out front instead of the shriveled, walnut-like little balls left hanging there now.
