Santa at the Center

  • Post author:

Just in time for Thanksgiving, Santa has arrived at Wallingford Center! Yes, what would Thanksgiving be without the familiar “ho ho ho” of a portly old fellow riding his sleigh, a team of turkeys pulling the load, delivering wish-bones and stuffing to the children of the world?

Vintage Santa Photos at Wallingford Center!

Children can visit Saint Nicholas and get their photos taken at Mud Puddle Club photography studio located at Wallingford Center in Seattle. Beginning Nov. 21st – Dec. 31st.  Mud Puddle Club’s theme-based children’s photography offers a distinctively different Santa experience which goes beyond the ordinary to capture children in a nostalgic setting with antique toys, vintage clothing and an Old World Santa Claus to create a lasting childhood memory.

Drop-ins welcome on Saturday & Sunday, pets by appointment.

Before you go, though, you may want to check out Wallyhood writer Chris Witwer’s personal blog. She’s got the skinny on Santa, H1N1 and you!

I started Wallyhood back in 2008, right when my son was born, because I realized I had lived in the neighborhood since 1993 and didn't really know my neighbors. I figured writing a blog about what was going on around me would be a good way to meet people and help other people do the same. As the years progressed, those neighbors have picked up the torch and it is now a group effort, which I adore. I moved out of Wallingford for a few years (2020 - 2025), but I'm back, now living with my wife, son and dog (Dillinger) up in Tangletown.
