Park Super at Wallingford Community Council Meeting

Tomorrow is the first Wednesday of the month…and the year…and the decade!

But it’s really the month part that’s important here, since that means the Wallingford Community Council will be meeting from 7 – 9 pm at the Good Shepherd Center, Room 202, as they do the first Wednesday of every month. This month, Park Superintendent Tim Gallagher will be the featured guest, so if you’ve got a question or comment on the parks, head on over. The public is welcome.

They also promise an update on the efforts to save the Wallingford Community Senior Center.

I started Wallyhood back in 2008, right when my son was born, because I realized I had lived in the neighborhood since 1993 and didn't really know my neighbors. I figured writing a blog about what was going on around me would be a good way to meet people and help other people do the same.
