Film Crew at Meridian and 37th – 40th Ave N

Rachel and Susan tipped us off that there’s a film crew at work on Meridian Ave N around 38th and 40th:

Hello, I just got back from dropping my son off at school and noticed that they appear to be filming a movie on Meridian between 40th and 38th. There were a lot of trucks (lighting, grip, catering, portable restrooms, etc) that were being set up and unloaded. Any idea what is going on?

I started Wallyhood back in 2008, right when my son was born, because I realized I had lived in the neighborhood since 1993 and didn't really know my neighbors. I figured writing a blog about what was going on around me would be a good way to meet people and help other people do the same. As the years progressed, those neighbors have picked up the torch and it is now a group effort, which I adore. I moved out of Wallingford for a few years (2020 - 2025), but I'm back, now living with my wife, son and dog (Dillinger) up in Tangletown.

    I’m on 39th and Burke. We got a flyer on our doorstep last week telling us they’d be filming a movie there for a couple days. Didn’t keep the flyer, so can’t tell you more.

    It’s a feature-length Korean film – the flyer called it “Full Autumn.” They’ll also be filming down at Gasworks.
