Zoo Tunes

Jordan Jordan June 3, 2010 Comments are off

Outside our borders, but well within walking distance, the Zoo Tunes schedule is posted and ready for you to make your plans. Grab a blanket and a picnic basekt and head up to see Jewel, Steve Earl, Jimmy Cliff, Mary Chapin Carpenter, Shawn Colvin, Levon Helm, John Hiatt, Herbie Hancock and other musical greats, all in our own backyard. Check out the full schedule on the Zoo Tunes web site.

And remember, if you don’t feel like turning your rug rats into lawn monkeys, Zoo Tunes has a “Parents Night Out” service, where you can drop your kids, ages 4 – 11, off to “enjoy a fun-filled and educational evening under the supervision of zoo staff inside Zoomazium” while you rock out to Jimmy Cliff. You can tell them that funny smell is elephant dung.
