Can Your Halloween Pin Win?

Helen October 6, 2010 Comments are off

We were trolling through the Wallingford Center in search of mini cupcakes (they are hard to get hold of) when we happened upon this flier about a Halloween Pin Design Contest.

Now, my daughter has a weird knack of winning contests.  She’s won quite a few already as if sheer determination to win is enough.  Her eyes lit up and I could see her planning what to draw . . . .

It’s only fair, though, to have decent competition or this megalomania will get out of hand.  So I’m letting your kids in on the action too.

The top 5 artists will receive 10 “Wally Dollars”  to spend at the Wallingford Center and have their designs made into pins to be handed out at Trick or Treat at the Wallingford Center on Sunday October 31st from 3 – 5 PM.  You can deliver entries in person, by email or mail but make sure they arrive by October 10th.  Here are details and a downloadable form.  May the spookiest drawings win!
