Helen has lived in Wallingford for 16 years and think it’s the best neighborhood in Seattle, possibly the world. She has worn a track between her house, QFC and the library and spends a lot time poking her nose into things.     Now that there are street signs on each side of the intersection of N Pacific and Sunnyside, someone can install crossing flags. It would be helpful to see “SPEED LIMIT 30” signs also.
