City Grown Farmstand Opens Saturday

  • Post author:
Time to eat! On Saturday, our friends at City Grown will debut their 2012 summer farmstand at 4108 Eastern Avenue N from 10 am – 2 pm. These brilliant folks over on Eastern Avenue grow organic veggies in plots around Wallingford and Ballard and invite you to come check out the first harvests of the season. This is about as fresh and local as it gets, so swing by, say hi and pick up something to crunch on your way down to Honk Fest!
If you miss them tomorrow, the farmstand will be open on Saturdays from 10 am – 2 pm for the rest of the season. You can also catch them at the Wallingford Farmers Market on Wednesday afternoons.
