Knowledge is Power when it comes to self defense. Join us for our women’s Self defense class and learn the strategies and gain the knowledge to arm yourself against a possible attack! Our women’s only (appropriate for ages 12 and older) class will cover the crime process, strategies for self Defense and Self defense Techniques.
