Found Bikes

Jordan Jordan November 24, 2013 2 Comments

100_0946 (1)Enough of this “stealing” stuff. Let’s have more “finding”. Two folks have written in that they’ve come across bikes that were apparently abandoned, and they’re looking for the rightful owners.

Judy writes:

Two bikes were left in my yard probably the night of November 2nd. Hopefully someone will recognize them & contact me for their retrieval.

That’s a picture of them at right. Also, Fathia wrote:

Found bike, looking for the owner. Walgreen store was closed. Tuesday Nov.19. Found a bicycle at 10:30 pm on 45th and Stone Way, It was against the bed-flower of the Walgreen window (Store). With no helmet or lock!

The brand name is RALEIGH Bicycles (made in China) W5M  16 inch- Quality fabrication by Kinesis: all this is written on the bike. It’s creme color.

E-mail [email protected] if they’re yours.

Call me cynical, but seems more savvy to use vague descriptions of found items so details can prove ownership.

I did actually omit some of the details of Fathia’s description for that reason. For Judy’s, I guess I could have done that thing they do with mobster’s faces.
