If Tuesday trivia night at Murphy’s is sating your trivia thirst, there’s a new game in town. April writes:
My husband & I are starting up a trivia night at Cafe Appassionato in Wallingford this Saturday, 7 – 9 pm. It’s just a fun community gathering.
I asked her if this was her first trivia outing, and where she came up with her questions:
We did it once at Caffe Appassionato back in June and was a great success. James (cafe manager) was super pleased with it and we connected to do it again. When I say starting it up, we hope to make it a monthly or bi-weekly thing.My husband and create it all ourselves. We come up with all the categories. We run it through Keynote, hook up a projector and he does the MC role. We have video clips, music trivia, current events and anything in between.Before trying it at the cafe we would host parties in our home but just felt it was more fun and community oriented to be in a venue. That’s when James opened up his doors and said we could host it and just have fun with it.
Sounds like fun.

Hm. “[I]s sating” or “isn’t sating.” I think you meant the latter, otherwise why go to another trivia night?
