Costas was hard at work this Sunday stocking food and putting the final touches in place for the grand (re)-opening of Nikola’s (see Murphy’s Saved, Pelican Reborn for the backstory).
Sounds like there’s a permit or two to finalize, but he was hoping to be serving people by this coming weekend.
