8x-4241Nancy wants you to know that she’s shooting Santa photos at Wallingford Center today (Sunday), tomorrow and Dec 21st and 22nd, 10 am – 4 pm:

I’ve been producing Santa photos in Wallingford and Fremont since 2005 because I love seeing a child’s expression when they first see Santa. It’s the magic of the season and that’s why I continue to do this year after year. My own children who are now 6 & 9 years old and I always love photographing them with Santa each year to see how they’ve grown, it’s a holiday tradition.

This year the elves and I have set up a wonderful living room setting with a big comfy chair next to the fireplace, a 6ft tall nutcracker and lighted candy canes to meet with the man of hour, Santa Claus. It’s a very nice experience for families because we take our time to make sure that we have a great photo of their children. We are especially good at photographing special needs children This year we’ve added a small set for babies in Santa hats or stockings and we have an old antique desk for writing letters to Santa. We even have some tutus, sweaters and diaper covers for babies to make them shine in their photos.

Walk-ins welcome or you can book online. Packages start at $30 for 2 – 5x7s.

Special offer for Wallyhood readers: free photo ornament with order, when you mention Wallyhood.

I started Wallyhood back in 2008, right when my son was born, because I realized I had lived in the neighborhood since 1993 and didn't really know my neighbors. I figured writing a blog about what was going on around me would be a good way to meet people and help other people do the same. As the years progressed, those neighbors have picked up the torch and it is now a group effort, which I adore. I moved out of Wallingford for a few years (2020 - 2025), but I'm back, now living with my wife, son and dog (Dillinger) up in Tangletown.
