The Wallingford Community Senior Center in the Good Shepherd Center has a few more events and classes available this month:

Seniors Training Seniors: Beyond Basics
(Monday and Wednesday, Mar 17 & 19, 10 am – 3 pm. $10 member / $15 public)
Expand your computer skills with this class that will focus on creating documents, email attachments, organizing digital files, and more!

Happy Hour – Stress Less Guided Meditation
(Tuesday, Mar 25, 1 – 2 pm. $3 member / $5 public suggested donation)
Calm music and gentle words allow you to reach a deep level of relaxation and inner calm while seated silently in a comfortable position.
