New Sponsor: Ian Thompson, Mortgage Consultant

Jordan Jordan February 12, 2015 6 Comments

IanWallyhoodWallyhood welcomes Ian Thompson, Wallingford resident and HomeStreet Bank mortgage consultant:

Ian is a local to Wallingford and makes mortgage loans for Seattle-based HomeStreet Bank. While Ian is able to help people get financing for their homes anywhere in the Pacific Northwest and HomeStreet’s west coast footprint, Ian loves helping others buy homes right here in the neighborhood. Having lived in Wallingford for almost 15 years both his children attended the John Stanford International School, you may well know them.

Ian’s teams approach to lending is simple. It is to guide clients through the home financing process as smoothly and effectively with as little disruption as possible to their personal lives.

It’s A Great Time To Consider A Refinance:

The graph below says it all! It costs you nothing to discuss your current mortgage situation or how to successfully compete as a buyer in the current seller’s market.

HAH! We’ve used Ian for a couple of mortgages and at least one refinancing. He’s very pleasant and capable and has a charming English accent if you like that kind of thing.

Ian did the refi for our home and made the entire process easy and efficient. Will be using him for all our future needs.

Ian was great for our mortgage refinancing too! He was patient in answering all of our (naive) questions, gave pros/cons of alternatives, was slick and efficient with the process. And weirdly spot on with the Nov 2012 timing. Use him.

Like, Adioz said–USE HIM. This man gets stuff done! He made the process of applying for a home loan incredibly easy. He’s from across the pond, but has amazing knowledge of the Seattle market. I really trust him as a lender.

Agree with other posters…Ian is really great to work with. Not only is he very knowledgeable and helpful about mortgages but if you like to talk ‘football’ or as we call it soccer, then he’s your man.

Ditto. We are fans of Ian too. We’ve refinanced several times with him and always enjoyed working with him! We always recommend him.
