The White Powder Mystery

Katy January 12, 2017 4 Comments

Neighbors, I need your help to solve a mystery. I’ve been seeing splats of what appears to be a white powder on the sidewalks. Does anyone know what these are for?

I tried searching online and came up with a lot of scary articles about bombs and anthrax, but I’m pretty sure this is something much more innocuous. My theory is that it is related to some game that kids are playing, but I really have no idea. Please speak up if you know what these are!

Hash house harriers, which is running around following some markers left by chalk, eventually ending up a bar. Looks like there’s a local group that ends up at the Seamonster every Monday: http://wh3.org/

Dead on, except we finish at the Seamonster only rarely.

Sorry, I did that. Yes, that’s from the Seattle Monday kennel of Hash House Harriers. Just flour dollups, for runners to follow (though what many of us do could hardly be called ‘running’). Come join us sometime!

Mystery solved! Thanks for enlightening us, FBS. Sounds like a fun way to get some exercise.
