Familyworks (1501 N 45th St) is stretching a toe into the yoga game with a free session the first Wednesday of the month from now until the end of the year:

Join us for an hour of gentle stretching, mindfulness meditation and live sound bowl playing. Yoga mats are available to borrow for free, and we’ll be meeting in 1st floor conference room of the Solid Ground building at 4501 45th.
