The annual Art in Bloom garden art and studio tour takes place this weekend – partly in our neighborhood. From their website:

Looking for the perfect focal piece for your garden or home? Take a break from weeding to shop and talk with nearly 20 artists in a variety of media on this free, self-guided north Seattle garden art & studio tour April 28-29, 10 am to 5 pm.

Bridget Culligan, a studio owner here in Wallingford who will be participating, adds:

Add some art to your blooming gardens this weekend (April 28-29 from 10am to 5pm) from one of 20 artists at 5 sites in Wallingford, Greenlake and Phinney. Bridget Culligan’s studio in Tangletown is part of the tour. In addition to hosting three other artists, including Bedrock glass, she will be demonstrating stained glass art that can be used in the garden or in your house to bring the beauty of light and color inside.
