Wallingford Third Grader is a Finalist in Google Doodle Contest

Corinne Manning, a third grader at McDonald Elementary School, is a finalist in the “Doodle 4 Google” contest. Her doodle, titled “The Curious Cat,” is the Washington state finalist for the contest. The contest theme, open to students in K-12, was “What Inspires Me.”

Voting on the doodles is open to the public until Friday, May 18th. (head to Google’s website to cast your vote) The winner receives a scholarship and funding for their school for a computer lab.
