A year after their first anniversary, Cubes Baking (2315 N 45th St) is turning two. (See how that works?) They’re having a bash, and we’re all invited!
The party will take place at their store on Saturday, May 25th from 11am – 3pm.
The festivities will feature:
- tamales by Los Tamaahles
- aguas frescas by Agua Fresca
- special items, including tres leches donuts, tres leches cold brew coffee, tres leches fruit tarts, create your own tres leches cake slices and much more!

The 2nd Anniversary party will also serve as a launch party for Tres Lechería. Writes Danny Ramirez of Cubes:
Tres Lechería is an expansion of our popular line of tres leches cakes, as we will be offering more sizes, shapes, decorations, and flavors, all available in shop to be purchased at any moment. We are also rolling out tres leches wedding cakes, which have never been offered before. We will also carry traditional pan dulce from Comadre Panadería, a local latinx owned pan dulce company.
