“Dumpling The Noodle” Expands!

Alan Ness April 2, 2022 1 Comment

A great local restaurant, Dumpling The Noodle, started business two months before the Covid lockdown.  But that did not stop them from developing a devoted following.  And now they have moved next door to the corner space at Wallingford Ave N and N 45th St.  They have sixteen tables and expanded food and beverages.

Dumpling The Noodle features family-style Chinese food specializing in dumpling and noodle dishes, as well as noodle soups. They have a great assortment of vegan and gluten-free options. They also offer variety in terms of spiciness, so the heat-lovers and the milder folk can both be satisfied. Finally, they now have an alcohol license, and offer house-made cocktails, beer on tap, sake, soju, and bottled wines and beers.

They have been open for five weeks at their current location.  Come on in or take out for some great local cuisine!
