Share Vintage Wallingford Charm with Local Holiday Greeting Cards

Rhonda Bush December 10, 2024 Comments are off

Tis the season to share your greeting with a little Wallingford flair.  Historic Wallingford is offering holiday greetings cards via their online Square Store found at historicwallingford.org/shop. Place your order online and you will soon receive an email to arrange a local pick up or delivery. The cards are sold online in packages of 5 for $20. If you have any questions, email [email protected].

A new card design for 2024 features the artwork of the late Glenn Singer who was a friend and advocate for the Wallingford Community. The card offers the watercolor image of a cozy Wallingford living room and Christmas tree. Historic Wallingford sends their appreciation to the Singer family for sharing this image with the community. Other card selections offer public images of arts and crafts designer William Morris, and Bungalow and Chickadee, designed by Heidi Favour and HoHoHoliday designed by Linda Sewell. Historic Wallingford appreciates the support and efforts of these Wallingford artists and highly recommends their skills for your graphic needs. If you no longer send card, these are 4”x6” and could make a gift or holiday décor when fitted into a standard size frame.

These cards are also available to purchase individually at The Pacific Northwest Shop 4411 Wallingford Ave. N, and Cedar House Flowers 1621 N. 45th Street. To see the offerings in person, but shop online, they are on display along with Historic Wallingford Print offerings at Verity Credit Union, 4545 Stone Way N.

Historic Wallingford sends their holiday wishes and thanks to you all for your support for this community’s historic education and advocacy organization.
