Pathway of Lights at Green Lake this Saturday, December 13th

Pathway of Lights returns to Green Lake Park this weekend. At this holiday event, the path and docks around Green Lake will be lit with thousands of candlelit luminaries. People walk around the lake, many clad in their own lit-up clothing and accessories. The event includes live music performed by local schools and community groups, complimentary refreshments, and, for the fifth year, glowing hot air balloons by Seattle Ballooning (weather permitting).

Food Drive

In the spirit of the season, please bring non-perishable food donations for our local food bank, FamilyWorks. Drop off food by the three music stages, located near the Green Lake Community Center, the Small Craft Center/Amphitheater, and the Bathhouse Theater.

This cherished free community event is made possible by Seattle Parks and Recreation, dedicated volunteers, and local businesses around the lake. Donations are being accepted to ensure this delightful mainstay of the community continues for generations to come.
