Izilla Toys in Wallingford Center is having their Grand Reopening this Sunday, February 21st from 10 am – 3 pm: Chris Ballew, aka Caspar Babypants, will be performing at 11 am and Jackie Brulotee (“The Best Face Painter in the World”) will be painting faces with hypo-allergenic, FDA approved face paints at 12:30 pm.
