As DOUG. pointed out in response to my Eva Gone post, Eva in Tangletown has already been replaced by a Nepalese restaurant, the Himalayan Sherpa House (2227 North 56th St). Yelp response is full of largely positive, four to five star reviews. Elizabeth, for example, says: Decided to split the house sampler and the Himalayan stew with two friends.
