Please provide feedback to save the integrity of our neighborhood’s character. Go to https://www.cone-outreach.com/sunnysiderow and comment on the proposed teardown of the home at 4519 Sunnyside and replace with a modern 5 home big box complex.
Are you against density? Or is this an appeal to the aesthetic? I’m not at all sure how to read your post.
Thanks for the link. I’m generally fine with this project. It’s three doors from a Dominos Pizza, so not exactly in a spot untouched by development. I did comment that it’s important that this building have some character, which is an option on the survey. Whether the developer listens is another story.
