Hi neighbors. There is a new summer pop up market taking place at 2143 N Northlake Way(immediately east of Gasworks Park). Northlake Market is a very local market serving Wallingford’s waterfront community,happening every other weekend until the end of October. The market includes produce from a local microfarm, a rummage sale, and rotating cast of additional booths. The next market will be Sunday, August 11, 4-7pm, and the harvest sheet includes 3 types of heirloom garlic, organic blackberries, pole beans, salad kits, and cut flowers with more items added as they reach their peak season. We are also extending an invitation to Wallingford and Fremont artists, crafters, and other creative types who would be interested in hosting their own table at this market. Hi Neighbors. The next Northlake Market will take place this Sunday, August 25, from 4-7pm (2143 North Northlake Way). The fresh sheet will include yellow wax beans, Japanese cucumbers, the first of the season’s tomatoes, basil, mixed peppers, cut flowers,
and other fresh items added depending on field conditions. This week will be last call for 3 types of fresh garlic. In addition to fresh local produce, the market will also host delicious bakery goodies from The Floating Kitchen.
This is a very local market: 40 miles from farm to market and 400 feet from oven to market! Hope to see you there!
