Prowler & bike thief on 4th NE

Hello Wallyhood Neighbors, I thought I would give (yet another) report of suspicious activity in the ‘hood from this morning (7/27). Around 4:30, my Ring camera picked up a guy crossing in front of my place across from John Stanford. Around an hour later when I went out to water my plants, I saw the same guy on a bike. Wrapped in what appeared to be beach towels (which he didn’t have earlier) AND, with a second bike. He struggled to figure out how to roll, literally, with the two. I queried “Hey where’s you get the bike?” but he didn’t answer. He headed south on 4th NE. So if you’re missing some stuff like towels that maybe had been hung out to dry, or a white road bike…I’m afraid they have been claimed by the collective.
