There is an open doorway in this old building now. Calls to Alchemy real Estate have not resulted in their taking responsibility to remove the squatters or board up the door. Ideas? ( c re c)

Paging through the mountain of records online for this project, it appears that they are in the process of revising their design, adding more floors and an additional 15 units. They now need to reapply for a construction permit. So, apparently, back to square one. They were talking to the city as recently as two days ago, Friday.

Please reach out to appropriate people. The c re c per Marie is in reference to a few years ago when Marie targeted my words and ideas. You can go way back if you have time to wander thru years of wallyhood.org articles and her needs to make unkind comments. This is a summary.

Heard back from Tim. He said he forwarded the complaint to the building owner. Hope they are responsive to the issue.
