Sound and Fury Morris Dancers invite the neighborhood to a traditional English orchard wassail at Meridian Playfield on Saturday. They have been holding this event combining singing, dancing, poetry recitation, and a toast to the trees for 15 years! Apparently, pretty challenging, according to Yalcin Ataman, owner of Fainting Goat Gelato. Since 2009, Fainting Goat occupied a spot in the retail building on the south side of N. 45th St and Burke Ave. But when the building was slated for demolition in 2022, Fainting Goat had to find a new home. They managed to secure a new space in Wallingford and open a new location in Fremont.
