A number of people have e-mailed, noting hopefully that there appears to be construction activity going on at the Festering Pit™ on the corner of 40th and Stone Way.
Sorry folks, as previously mentioned, the development company is doing some maintenance on the site, like shoring up the eastern retaining wall, but that’s it, pending funding.

I checked with one of the Asst. Managers at QFC tonight, and she said that QFC has sold the site. Maybe that’s old news, but new to me. Sure wish something would happen there!
