We’re Talking Trash at the Community Council Tonight

Hope you can join us for the monthly Wallingford Community Council meeting this evening, 7:00-9:00 at the Good Shepherd Center.  This month’s agenda:

7:00 – Good Shepherd Advisory Board meeting report

7:15 – Wallingford Community Senior Center and Community Center Planning Update

7:30 – Featured Topic: Update on the North Recycling and Disposal Station – Representatives from Seattle Public Utilities and the Seattle Department of Planning and Development will be there to talk about current status and planned process for the remodel.

8:30 – Community Council communications and capacity building – New Wallingford.org website is about to launch and a committee is needed to nominate the 2010 WCC board slate.

A notice with the meeting room location will be posted on the Good Shepherd main entrance doors that face Sunnyside Ave N.

Next Meeting April 7th. Featured guest will be Councilmember Mike O’Brien and Chelsey Funis working with the Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) on the 45th Street Viaduct Replacement Project
