Sock Monster, the new alt-hosiery shop that slots in between Not a Number Gifts and Teahouse Kuan Yin at 1909 N. 45th St opens today with an all-day party until 9 pm. Holly Gummelt tells us she’s got a couple of DJ’s lined up for the day, some food and drink, pinball (Addams Family), hoops and, of course, crap tons of socks.
