    Was walking by the Regata (apparently intentionally misspelled) – lots of construction work going on. Talked to one of the guys in charge – he said that they were ‘fixing a bunch of things’.

    For one, the buildings are settling and windows are cracking or popping out.

    Fortunately for the condo owners, they sued the builder and they (or their insurance company) are paying for the work.
