Usually, we make a big set of recommendations of things going on throughout the neighborhood over the weekend. This weekend, we’re just providing the bookmarks:
- City Cellars (1710 N. 45th St) has their regular Friday wine tasting from 5 – 7 pm, this week features California Petite Syrah.
- Sutra Yoga (1605 N. 45th St) has a special, 2.5 hour “detox flow vinyasa class” on Sunday from 1:30 – 4:30 pm. It’s “designed to rid the organs of accumulated toxins, reducing physical symptoms of overload such as stagnant weight, skin problems, poor digestion, and emotional imbalance. This practice is specifically sequenced to support the organs of elimination, the conscious release of negative thought patterns and imbalanced emotions that might be holding us back from living in our most truthful, most divine nature.”
How you fill the time in between is up to you, although we recommend accumulating sufficient toxins that you can really get your money’s worth out of that detox class.
